Privacy Policy

WANET (“we”, “us”, the “Platform”) is operated by Bilzy. WANET helps businesses connect their own WhatsApp Business account to automate replies, manage conversations, capture leads, and run their catalogue and orders. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

1. Information we collect

Account details — your mobile number, name, email, and business name provided at sign-up.
WhatsApp connection — when you connect via Meta’s Embedded Signup, we store your WhatsApp Business Account ID, phone number ID, and an encrypted access token needed to send and receive messages on your behalf.
Messages & contacts — messages exchanged through your connected number, and the phone numbers/names of people who message your business, so we can show your inbox, auto-reply, and capture leads.
Business content — your catalogue items, templates, orders, and AI agent instructions that you add to the Platform.
Payment data — subscription payments are processed by Razorpay; we store only the plan, status, and payment reference. We never store your card or UPI credentials.

2. How we use information

To operate the service — send/receive WhatsApp messages, power AI auto-replies, and manage your leads, catalogue and orders.
To authenticate you (one-time passwords) and secure your account.
To process subscription payments and provide support.

3. WhatsApp & Meta data

WANET uses the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta. Your use of WhatsApp is also governed by Meta’s and WhatsApp’s terms and policies. We access WhatsApp data only to provide the features you enable, and we do not sell this data. We handle all such data in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms, the Meta Developer Policies, and the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy.

4. AI providers

If you enable the AI agent, you provide your own API key (OpenAI, DeepSeek, or Anthropic). Message content needed to generate a reply is sent to the provider you choose, solely to produce that reply. Your API key is encrypted at rest.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers that make the Platform work — Meta/WhatsApp (messaging), your chosen AI provider, and Razorpay (payments) — and where required by law.

6. Security & retention

Access tokens and AI keys are encrypted (AES-256-GCM). We retain your data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your information from within the Platform settings or by contacting us. Disconnecting WhatsApp stops further message processing for that number.

8. Data deletion

You can delete your data at any time:

In the app — open Settings, disconnect your WhatsApp number and/or request account deletion.
By email — send a request to info.bilzy@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my data” from your registered email or mobile number.

On a deletion request we permanently remove your account, connected WhatsApp access tokens, messages, contacts, catalogue, orders, templates and AI configuration within 30 days — except limited records we are legally required to keep. Deleting your data also revokes WANET’s access to your WhatsApp Business account.

9. Children

WANET is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; the “last updated” date will change accordingly. Continued use means you accept the updated policy.
