Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of WANET (the “Platform”), operated by Bilzy. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

1. The service

WANET lets businesses connect their own WhatsApp Business account to automate replies and manage conversations, leads, catalogue, orders, and broadcasts. You are responsible for the content you send and for complying with WhatsApp’s and Meta’s policies.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
• You must be authorised to operate the WhatsApp number you connect.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

• No spam, unsolicited messaging, or violation of WhatsApp/Meta messaging and opt-in rules.
• No unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent use of the Platform.
• Broadcasts must be sent only to recipients who have opted in.

4. WhatsApp message charges

Charges levied by Meta/WhatsApp for messaging are billed by Meta directly to your own WhatsApp Business account and are separate from your WANET subscription.

5. Subscription & payments

Paid plans are billed via Razorpay for the stated period. Plans renew when you pay again. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. AI features

AI replies are generated using the API key and provider you supply. You are responsible for the cost and use of that provider, and for reviewing AI-generated content.

7. Availability & changes

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may add, change, or discontinue features.

8. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Bilzy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

You may stop using and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable policies.
